We were away on vacation during the installation. Our fear about leaving our home to ‘strangers’ was eased when your service manager took the time to meet with us before leaving town. His promises were evident when we came home to a well cooled house with no sign of the mess that must have been made during our complete system replacement. Everything was in order. I’m glad we chose Roth!
Our furnace went out just after Christmas in the middle of a 10 degree night! That morning, I called another company , they told us our furnace was old, the parts it needed was expensive to replace and would take about a week to get in! They suggested getting a new one with a install date 10 days out! (Please note we were going to have single digit temp – my wife said it’s too cold to stay here!) I decided to call Roth! Why? In our first house they installed one 30 years ago – guess what – it’s still running! Within 30 min they had a sales person out, we picked out a unit! I sign the contract that evening and Roth told us they be out in the morning to install! I thought wow! Also to show just how caring Roth is; they lended us some space heaters to help keep us warm that night! I called my wife at work never in my life was I so happy they could work us in! 8 am in 7 degree weather Roth’s 2 installers (Pat and Tony ) got our unit removed and installed with some custom duct work with heat in day! They didn’t really take a break as their determination to have heat going by that evening was their goal! They did it! Yea! I felt Roth sent their 2 best installers – clearly without question they are pioneers in their field! They were a complete joy as I felt they were part of my family! Connie and I want to thank Roth! We feel blessed you sent (Pat and Tony!) We luv you both! We will never forget you! We will never go anywhere else!
Excellent job with excellent equipment! Now tested in both hot and cold conditions and our new equipment works spectacular. We had difficult rooms to maintain a constant temp, but with our new systems not only are the difficult rooms evenly conditioned, but our electric bill has also been drastically reduced.
